BSP will provide cloud monitoring services by use of the Zabbix monitoring solution
BSP Incorporated (Tokyo, Japan; CEO, Hiroki Takefuji), a software development company for IT operations management, signed a Certified Partnership agreement with Zabbix SIA (Riga, Latvia, CEO, Alexei Vladishev), one of the leading companies in the development of monitoring software .
With increasing competition in the IT sector, improvements in the flow of information about available alternative solutions, and recent moves toward the use of cloud technologies, many companies feel that they must reexamine the costs of maintaining their IT infrastructures. Maintaining and monitoring servers has become the main object of attention. There is a tendency towards using open-source solutions, which have proved to be reliable, consistent, dynamic, and competitive in functions and cost. BSP will start providing server monitoring services in the cloud by using Zabbix. Having become a Zabbix partner, BSP can now provide Zabbix installation services as well as official Zabbix support.
Moreover, BSP, the provider of job scheduling software A-AUTO, will include Zabbix server monitoring agent with each product of A-AUTO. Thus, instead of having to purchase hardware for monitoring a server, a customer will be able to use the cloud-based server monitoring services.
BSP provides a reliable user environment by installing this open-source product and providing the best support. In collaboration with Zabbix SIA, BSP will deliver careful installation and migration services that will meet customers’ requirements, increase the convenience of IT operations management, and assist in solving technical problems.
