Privacy policy

At UNIRITA Incorporated (hereinafter "UNIRITA") and companies in which UNIRITA holds a majority of the voting rights (hereinafter "Subsidiaries"; hereinafter collectively referred to with UNIRITA as "UNIRITA Group") we recognize a social obligation to properly handle information about an individual (information which makes it possible to identify an individual such as a name, date of birth, or address; hereinafter "Personal Information") and promise to address company-wide the protection of Personal Information, and take action in accordance with the following policy.

1. Acquisition, Use, Providing to Third Parties, and Outsourcing of Personal Information

At the UNIRITA Group, any Personal Information that is used for business should be acquired only upon specifying the purpose of the use at the time of acquisition thereof and only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In addition, after the acquisition, the Personal Information shall only be used, made available to third parties, and outsourced to outside parties within the scope of the purpose of use. Furthermore, in order to ensure the management and operation thereof, internal rules shall be established for the handling of Personal Information; training of employees, etc., shall be implemented on a regular basis; a "Contract for the Handling of Personal Information" shall be entered into with the parties to which the Personal Information is made available and outsourced; and effort shall be made to supervise the parties to which it is made available and outsourced.

2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

The UNIRITA Group shall use the "Personal Information" that has been provided for the purpose of the main business which is the "development, sales, support, training, consulting, technical support, contracted development, providing cloud service of the software, and temporary technical staff agency " (see below for details).

For contacting for business, providing products and services, billing, requesting cooperation in surveys, announcing various events and seminars, issuing e-mail magazines, creating various statistical data materials, and sending out greetings

For the management of employees (entry procedures, payroll, attendance management, labor management, etc.)

For determining whether to hire an employment applicant

3. Shared Use of Personal Information

At the UNIRITA Group, the Personal Information that has been acquired shall be shared within the UNIRITA Group to the extent of the purpose of use noted above. Chief administrator of the shared use in this case shall be the Personal Information Protection Administrator of UNIRITA.

4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

UNIRITA Group shall comply with laws and regulations, national guidelines, and any other rules related to Personal Information. In addition, these laws and regulations and any other rules shall always be incorporated into the system of management of the UNIRITA Group.

5. Safety Management Measures of Personal Information

The UNIRITA Group shall implement safety measures including security measures in order to ensure the accuracy and safety of Personal Information, and strive to prevent and correct any divulging, loss or damage of Personal Information.

6. Continuous Improvement of the Personal Information Protection Management System

The UNIRITA Group shall continuously improve the personal information management system through internal audits and management review opportunities and always maintain the best condition.

If you have any questions about your own Personal Information or about the personal information protection management system of the UNIRITA Group companies (inquiries, corrections, deletions, etc.) or if you have any complaints, please contact us in writing or by e-mail at the point of contact below.
