When a severe problem occurs in Management Database, the last updated data will be backed out.

CONDITION: When a severe problem occurs in Management Database, such as shortage of disk space or insufficient value specified for ACCESS parameter of ABSIPRM1.
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When conditions are met, the last updated data will be backed out. Some possible problems that may occur are.
a. The status of the job logs stored normally by ALOGJLOG will be backed out and becomes "started".
b. Although DATE command or ALOGDATE utility is processed successfully, A-LOG Operation Date will remain unchanged.
This is because Database Management program backs out the last updated data unnecessarily.
TEMPORARY ACTION: Re-execute previously ended action.
PROBLEM CONCLUSION: The back out process is eliminated.

CATALOGED PROCEDURE: ALOG
NECESSARY ACTION: After stopping A-LOG Monitor, apply the PTF. Restart A-LOG Monitor.
