The UNIRITA Group, founded in 1982, is a leading provider of software and solutions for IT systems operation. We offer products that are widely used as middleware to support mission-critical IT applications. Our main product, A-AUTO, has been installed in more than 3,000 computers of 700 institutions, inside and outside Japan, and in diverse industries such as government, communication, manufacturing, or financial institutions.
In 1987, a leading telecommunication company in Malaysia selected A-AUTO for its mainframe computer operations and became UNIRITA’s first customer in Southeast Asia. The company has been using A-AUTO for more than 20 years and has expanded the use of A-AUTO from mainframe environment to UNIX and Windows environments. Recently two Spanish banks selected A-AUTO. UNIRITA therefore wishes to expand its overseas customers.
As part of UNIRITA’s strategy to expand our overseas market, UNIRITA is seeking for distributors to market its products in Southeast Asia. Application guidelines are listed below. AASoft Solutions Pte Ltd. (Singapore), which has been a distributor of UNIRITA since 2002, will provide technical support and services for the region while BSP will be the main technical support center.
UNIRITA is aiming to develop business opportunities by establishing mutually beneficial relationships with partners who are familiar with regional business.

AASoft has been a distributor of BSP products since 2002. AASoft provides support and professional services for BSP products to users in Singapore and Malaysia. The Executive Director of AASoft, Mr. Chek Swee Ng has worked with BSP since 1989. He has more than 30 years of experience in IT industry and has held managerial, consulting and technical positions in various organizations during these years. AASoft and the BSP Group have been working together and will continue to work closely to provide our technology to the Singaporean and Malaysian market.
